How it works

- 3Sign a simple rental agreement — no long lease.
- 4Pay the deposit and your first week or 4-week payment, get your keys and move in.
Questions we get asked
- Do I need my own clients?
- No, but it helps. Suite renters keep every dollar they charge. If you'd rather we send you bookings, take a chair instead.
- Is there a long lease?
- No. Agreements have no long commitment and a refundable deposit. You can pay weekly, or every 4 weeks at a discount.
- Why is the every-4-weeks plan cheaper?
- One payment covers the whole 4-week cycle, so each week works out lower — you save up to 25% versus paying week to week.
- Can I sell my own products and set my own prices?
- Yes. Your suite, your menu, your prices, your retail.
